Ncami’s Catering & Decor was established in 2021 with a simple but ambitious purpose: to bring genuine culinary excellence and warm, professional hospitality to every table we serve. A proudly 100% black woman–led enterprise, we've grown from a small, dedicated team into a full catering and event decor company trusted across the public and private sectors.

Every event starts with listening — to what you and your guests need. Then we plan meticulously and execute with the care that turns a meal into an experience: consistency, hygiene, presentation, timing, and a team that carries itself with pride on site.

Before You Reach Out

For weddings and large ceremonies, 2–3 months gives us room to do our best work. Smaller dinners and showers can often be arranged within 2–3 weeks — and it never hurts to ask about a date.

Always. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and other specialty diets are part of the menu conversation from day one — never an afterthought or a sad side plate.

Yes. We're based in Newcastle and serve the wider KwaZulu-Natal region as standard, travelling further afield — including multi-day events — by arrangement. Travel costs are quoted upfront, transparently.

Absolutely. Book catering only, decor only, or the full experience. Many clients start with one and add the other once they see the moodboard.
